I myself participated in November 2007 and found it extremely useful since the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development was at that time in the process of setting up the compliance function. The ATTF seminar provided me with the knowledge and experience necessary to facilitate my tasks in establishing the function and laying down the Compliance Policy and Compliance Charter. I also established valuable contacts with other complaince officers which largely facilitated my activities.
