ATTF back to Moldova after the summer holidays

Selling Financial Services & Managing Client Relationships course from 4 to 6 September

Resuming our courses after the summer break, our expert Mr Vincent Masson Deblaize travelled to Chișinău to deliver the course Selling Financial Services & Managing Client Relationships from 4 to 6 September. Participants learnt to improve their communication, understand the customer experience and the different types of customers, and master and complete the sales process. 

We’d like to thank Mr Masson for his engagement, as well as the Moldovan Banking Association (ABM), represented by Mr Dorel Noroc, and the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance for their support. This autumn will see several more training courses for Moldova, both online and on location, on the topics of IFRS, Business Development, Operational Risk, and more.
