Ben Lyon and Luciele Milani were in Cape Verde for an official visit. Cape Verde has been a partner for 20 years and the International Relations department from Banco de Cabo Verde (BCV) has ensured the planning and organisation of the trainings with brio and perfection.
Their first meeting was with Mr Oscar Santos, the governor of the bank, together with Ms Teresa Henriques, member of the CA, Carlos Rocha advisor to the board and Ms Sandra Osorio, coordinator of the International Relations office of BCV.
