The International Compliance Foundation Level training was delivered in the new offices of the Banco de Cabo Verde, ATTF’s partner in Cape Verde.
A motivated group of compliance professionals from commercial banks and the central bank attended this 4-days training to understand the main aspects of a Compliance Officer’s function being them technical or practical. They discussed and analysed the decisions a Compliance Officer has to deal with and what is needed to be able to implement the regulatory framework.
They have worked on case studies of a specific environment and have acquired a good understanding of the legal and regulatory environment of a Compliance Officer.
This training would not have been possible without the precious help of the BCV team who organised it with mastery.
