At ATTF, we do not only provide training: we also support lasting institutional change through long-term coaching programmes in the field of risk management in microfinance.
From 17 to 20 April, ATTF welcomed three new microfinance institutions to Luxembourg for the launch of our individual coaching programme in risk management :
- Sager Ganza (Rwanda)
- AMIFA (Côte d’Ivoire)
- FUCEC (Togo)
This marks the beginning of a new multi-year journey for their Chief Executive Officers, supported through CEO-focused coaching designed to embed strong and sustainable risk management frameworks at institutional level.
Each CEO is accompanied by an experienced risk management coach — Sergio Scandizzo, Yves Deceuninck and François Petit — with the support of Gilles Ossona de Mendez, Coach Facilitator, and in close partnership with ADA, our long-standing partner since 2008.
The programme combines a strategic action plan defined in Luxembourg; On-site and remote coaching; Peer learning and knowledge sharing within ATTF’s risk management community.
By working directly with CEOs, this coaching approach strengthens leadership ownership and drives lasting change across institutions.
We look forward to following the progress of these institutions as this new adventure begins.
